Comfortable and modern rooms with a cozy atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the stunning view from the terrace. The fast wifi and the option for delivery orders made my stay even more convenient. The location is also great, just a short walk away from all the fun at COEX. The hotel had a convenient location which made it easy to get around the city. the staff was very helpful and accommodating. One of the best aspects was the range of amenities provided, such as toothbrushes, coffee, drinks, and water.

The soundproofing in the room was inadequate, which made for a noisy stay. the room was overheated, and there was no way to adjust the temperature other than opening the window which only added to the noise from the adjacent 24-hour eateries.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was highly impressed! The location was perfect, close to the convention center and easy to find from the subway station. It was right in the center of everything, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The service here was top-notch, with room service available and the staff being very friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were fantastic - I had everything I needed including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a dining table. The free toiletries provided were of high quality and the electric kettle came in handy for making a cup of tea in the evening. The in-room computer was a nice touch and the flat-screen TV provided great entertainment during my downtime. the dining experience, staff, and facilities here were exceptional.

With many great places to eat in the area, you can easily find something to your liking. the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring everything is up to your standards. the rooms are clean and cozy, with modern amenities and a great shower. You can also enjoy the tasty breakfast here before heading out for the day.

Noise from nearby nightlife spots can sometimes be heard in the rooms, so make sure to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

I had a decent Christmas experience at this hotel. the room amenities were good with fresh towels and toiletries provided every day. the location was great as it was close to public transportation and had plenty of affordable restaurants nearby.

The noise level was unbearable at night. the walls and doors were too thin to block out the sounds of people slamming doors and taking showers in neighboring rooms.
